I fully acknowledge the proposed sign area and sign types are within code allowances. For the permit record, please address the following. 2. NEC / OLC A) note how the monument sign will dim to 200 NITS from sunset to sunrise (i.e. photocell?) B) on each sheet of the plan set, add the standard notes that dedicated sign circuit shall be provided / labeled at power panel; the UL, manufacturer and installer stickers shall be on each sign; lock out shall be provided where disconnect not immediately visible from the sign; timer provided - the timer shall shut signs off at midnight for establishments that are not 24 hours C) IBC: A) throughout each sheet, add the size of screw or bolt applicable B) on the monument sign cabinet note the size of the bolts and state use existing pole / support system Further review comments may be forthcoming.
