1. UDC:
A. The sign area is allowed as proposed to honor the nonconforming sign area for this complex that has been in place for decades at approximately 102 sq. ft. for wall signs. It is understood that all wall signs will remain non illuminated individual letters and also comprised of similar materials.
B. Please box the “DV” lettering and dimension it.
C. Please box the remaining text and dimension that for both walls.
2. IBC:
A. Can you clarify the type of wall and that the stud depth is sufficient for mounting.
(ie. your diagram says masonry however the walls shown have some type of paneling that maybe over a block wall).

Your sign will qualify for a self-certification inspection once permitted.
Depending on revisions submitted, further review comments may be forthcoming.
