The following is needed for the permit record: 2) NEC A) shut off switch - show location 3) OLC: A) Need LED light pack called out, max lighting color temp is 4400K, please provide data B) Need a timer for the signage - and indicate where it will be housed, and to show inspector at inspection 4) IBC: A) special inspection form needs to be provided, filled out by Darren Antle, to appoint a qualified special inspector for all required special inspections for the sign mounting (both the stanchion and the beacon). B) To have this permit issued, the permit application needs to have the sign contractor listed -must be licensed in Arizona, and have a city business license. Please add this information to the document and include them as a contact on the portal (I thought a licensed sign contractor was already involved in this project.? ) |
