UDC: I acknowledge the monument sign is allowed at this center, and at the size and height shown on the plans. The following requested review items are for the permit record. A) the only access to this lot is through the shopping center that surrounds the lot. Provide an aerial photo showing the entire shopping center, and also point out lot / sign location in general on aerial. Keep the site plan provided here as well, thank you. B) on aerial, call out the two existing pole signs at this location along Irvington Road (they have sign design review option cases): one for Texas Roadhouse on the west side, and one multi-tenant panel sign on the east side of the site. C) on a prior review, the property line frontage for the overall center was approximately 697’ along Irvington Road, including the angled property line. Please show measured property line segments on aerial. (The location is over 600’ with lot line frontage, hence 3 freestanding signs are allowed total.) 2. NEC: A) clarify if two separate cabinets for electrical operations? 3. OLC: A) add note that shut off is midnight via timer B) add note that timer shall be set and shown to inspector at inspections 4. IBC: A) clarify if 2nd saddle mount system provided and call out location B) clarify note at top that states both bolting and welding to frame / post – with separate note below that indicates ‘no field welds’ (i.e. is this a shop full assembly and crane install or do you have an old note about no field welds?)
