COMMENTS:

1. Revise the site plan to show the property lines, street frontage dimension, all existing freestanding signs on the premises, and the proposed sign location. Provide the setback from the face of curb to the leading edge of the proposed monument sign. Monument signs require a minimum 20-foot setback from the face of curb.

2. Correct the note identifying the proposal as a “wall sign” to identify it as a freestanding monument sign. Also provide the sign company information and complete site address on the plan sheets.

3. Resubmit the revised plans and supporting documents under permit TS-PRM-0526-00159.
