COMMENTS:

1. Correct the sign area inconsistency for Sign A. The application lists Sign A as 16.3 sq. ft., but Sheet A-1 lists the total square footage as 19 sq. ft. Please revise so the dimensions, square footage, and application match.

2. Clarify the existing signs to be removed, remaining, or included for reference. The application indicates there are 3 existing signs on site and 3 existing signs to be removed, but Signs B and C appear to be change-of-copy panels in existing cabinets. Signs B and C are each listed as 29.5 sq. ft. and appear to be change-of-copy in existing cabinets. Change of copy under 35 sq. ft. does not require a permit.
