COMMENTS:

1. Revise the site plan to clearly label all adjacent street names. The site plan must also provide setback dimensions for all proposed freestanding, monument, and drive-through signs.

2. Revise the monument sign details and site plan to demonstrate compliance with monument sign standards. The monument sign is limited to a maximum height of 10.00 feet, measured from grade, and the plans must clearly show the height measurement from grade to the top of the sign. The monument sign is limited to a maximum sign area of 50.00 square feet per face. The site plan must also show a minimum setback of 20.00 feet, measured from the leading edge of the sign to the property line.

3. Revise the elevations to provide a separate building elevation for each proposed wall sign. Each elevation must clearly show the proposed wall sign location and include full sign dimensions, including overall width and total height.

4. Revise all sign dimensions to be shown in feet using decimal format. Do not use feet-and-inches format. For example, use 3.50 feet instead of 3'-6".
