COMMENTS:

1. Please revise the sign elevation to clarify the dimensions shown. It is unclear what the measurements pointing to the individual sign components are intended to represent, including the 46", 19.5", 8.25", and 7.5" callouts.

2. Please label each dimension clearly and provide the overall sign area calculation used for zoning review.

3. The proposed sign view must include the total square footage, sign designation, and elevation of the building.
Please clarify whether the proposed sign is for the entire building/premise or for an individual suite/tenant space. If the sign is for a specific suite, identify the suite number or tenant space on the plans. If the sign is for the overall building, please provide a delineation of the building frontage/tenant spaces so staff can verify the applicable frontage and sign area.

4.Please provide the applicable frontage amount used for the sign area calculation. The elevation photo must show the proposed wall sign on the building elevation with the sign type, sign designation, dimensions, height from grade to top of sign, and frontage amount.
