1. The proposed sign area exceeds the maximum allowed. Each tenant along a scenic route is permitted 1.25 feet per foot of building frontage. With a building frontage of 30', the maximum allowed is 37.5, proposed is 56.7. A Master Sign Program may be applied for to exceed maximum allowed sign area.
