A. Licensed in the state of Arizona by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with a CR-38 license ROC license number. B. A Business License number with the City of Tucson Business License department. You can obtain a City of Tucson Business License by contacting the licensing department at license@tucsonaz.gov or 520-791-4566. Sign Drawings: 1) All dimensions must be in Feet.decimal format, not feet/inches. 2) Sign drawings should be in the proper format. An email will be sent with an example attached. There is required verbiage that must be added to the sign drawing along with elevation photos of before and after images. Any existing signage must be noted to be removed. Sign detail will be required as shown in the example drawing emailed to you. 3) Add line indicating OAH from grade to top of sign, not bottom. 4) Provide a call out for what materials the wall is made from. 5) Add exact language as called out on marked up drawings Location Map: 1) Indicate the outline of the tenant space within the building & add line and frontage length. |
