The max allowed total square footage is 25 sq ft of sign area. There is a total of 45 sq ft of proposed sign area. Decrease signage to conform with allowed sign area. Sign Drawings: 1) Add note: "As per the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code the Internally illuminated sign As shown on this page does not Exceed the 4400k color temp" 2) Proposed signage is above allowed sign amounts. Either remove Sign B or revise all signs to be within the total allowed 25 sq ft limit. 3) All dimensions must be in feet.decimal not feet/ inches. Please revise Sign C dimensions appropriately. 4) Change of copy under 35 sq ft will not require a permit, but will count against overall square footage allowance of 25 sq ft.
