1) As an Electronic Message Device, the following must be added to the drawings: We need the manufacture of the EMC to sit down and write a letter to The City of Tucson That says the following... #1. Name of the manufacturer. #2. The EMC model number/name #3. {Model} is fully capable of lowering to 200 nits at night. #4. {Model} is FCC compliant.
