The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. COMMENTS: 1. SIGN C AND E a. Please provide a detail drawing as to what fasteners and how many for each letter are used to attach to, I assume raceway. b. Please also illustrate on your detail drawing how raceway is attached to the wall. Do make sure to identify the type of wall the raceway is being attached to. Please specify the fastener/how often and proper structural backer installed should it be necessary. 2. SIGN H, I, F, and G a. Please submit structural calculation and detail drawings that are sealed/signed/dated by an Arizona licensed structural engineer. Or use the Sign Design Engineering Standards for the State of Arizona and select the appropriate caissance sizes and steel tube sizes. 3. SIGN J a. Please submit structural calculation and detail drawings that are sealed/signed/dated by an Arizona licensed structural engineer. b. Steel pipe is called out as zero diameter. Please provide the correct size. c. There are no information as to the anchor installed in concrete. Please provide the size, length and embedment into the concrete. d. Top of pole is shown blank. Please provide a detail drawing as to what is used to attached the top of the sign to the steel pipe. I welding used, is a saddle used, etc? e. I sign cabinet bottom itself attached to the concrete base, if so provide detail drawing. 4. Please resubmit.
