| 05/12/2025 | Signs Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Application: 1) Sign drawings are required to be submitted in a specific format. The complete package should include the application as page 1. The following pages should show all detail and information for each sign on separate pages. The last page should be the site plan/location map with the sign designation and an arrow showing where on the building the sign is going, the address of the property and a North arrow. Please reformat your drawings to mimic the sample drawings that were emailed to you. 2) Fill in frontage amount. Location Map: 1) Move to last page of sign package. 2) Add line indicating frontage amount. Sign Drawings: 1) ALL DIMENSIONS MUST BE FEET.DECIMAL - NOT FEET INCHES 2) Pages should be combined into an all in one drawing for each sign. See sign example that was emailed to you. 3) Add dimension of grade to top of the sign on proposed elevation photo. 4) Add elevation designation on proposed elevation photo (i.e Northwest, South, East, etc...) 5) Provide a call out for what materials the wall is made from (i.e. masonry, plywood/stucco, etc...) 6) Remove call out for exact copy require on required call out information. 7) Change verbiage re: UL rating to match markup on page 9. |
