1) Total sq ft should be both signs together. In this case, the total would be 33.64. This site is zoned SR. The allowed sq footage for low profile signs is 32 sq ft max. You are proposing signage in excess of the allowed amounts.
2) Can the address/ phone number be left out of calculating sq ft?
3) Only contractors with valid C-38 licenses with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors can submit for permits. Please add ROC license # or obtain one or contract with a contractor who has a valid ROC license.

Sign Drawings:
1) Specify the type of adhesive being used to secure FCO letters to structure base.
2) Sign must have a continuous base (clearance from grade to bottom of sign) of 2'.

Site Plan/Location Map
1) Need closer view detail showing low profile signs on property with setbacks and SVT.
2) Drawings appear to show these as existing bases, but they are not on 2018 google map drive by images. Were these bases permitted? No building permit shown in PRO.
3) Will need approved, stamped site plan, not a location map.
