Sign area exceeds the maximum of 20 square feet for O-1 zone (UDC 7A.10.2), the proposal currently shows 74.93 square feet sign area. You may re-dimension to exclude blank space, but if it is still over 20 square feet, the applicant will need to apply for a Singular Sign Design Option (SSDO) to exceed the maximum sign area. More information on SSDO process and requirements can be found in UDC Section 7A.7.1.
