UDC: A) FYI Reviewed as a wall sign. Sign area within allowance. No conditions of rezoning for signs, no overlays for site. 2) NEC / OLC A) add note: signs shall be UL or MET rated B) add note: signs shall have UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker placed on the cabinet C) add note; signs shall shut off at midnight for non-24/7 operations (restaurant component here) D) add note: a dedicated sign circuit will be provided/used and clearly labeled on the power panel E) note the location of the power panel – i.e. is it in the restaurant space ? F) add note: a safety lock out shall be provided, as disconnect is not immediately visible to the sign 3) IBC - mounting details: A) detail for mounting the illuminated sign is missing a spacer for the stand off from the wall for the halo illum., add. B) call out the back of the letter, ID as clear acrylic, etc. – to show enclosed completely as an internally illuminated sign and for the halo effect to occur C) add weep hole to bottom of letter D) provide attachment detail for smaller lettering and specify whether illuminated Resubmittal required.
