1. Site has building numbers and unit number associated to the address. Please reach out to Pima County address to determine the appropriate building number/unit number for this tenant and submit a sub-records request through TDC to request the address change. Please update drawings with the correct address. Resubmit once the address change sub-record request has been approved and completed.
2. Sight Visibilty triangles (SVTs) are not oriented correctly on the site plan. The SVTs should be oriented adjacent to the driveway, not the sign itself. Please review section 10-01.5.1 of the Uniform Development Code and 10-01.5.0 of the Technical Standards Manual for direction on proper orientation of SVTs.
3. Sign appears to encroach in the SVT and must be placed so that is is not in any SVT.
4. Show outline of tenant space within building along with the tenant frontage length so that total allowed square footage can be calculated.
5. Provide letter of authorization for the signage from the property owner.
