Please request an address change through sub records. 2. The dimension of the building frontage are based on the building length that fronts a publi or private street as per section 7A.6.2.A of the sign code. The length of the building that fronts Old Vail Rd is noted to be 65’ in length. Per section 7A.10.1.B this site is permitted 4 square feet per linear ft of frontage. 4 x 65’ would allow 260 sq ft of sign area. You are proposing 278.64 sq ft of sign area, please revise the square footage of the proposed signs to meet the allowed square footage. |
