1. Add the following Note to the referenced sheets, S-015, Sign ‘K’: “As per the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code, the Electronic Message Center as shown on this page shall automatically dim to 200 NITS or less from sunset to sunrise. OLC 501.5.2”.

1. The site plan needs to show all adjacent roadways, which must be labeled. This site is on a corner lot of N Campbell and E Silver St. Please revise the site plan to include Silver St.
2. For the menu board signs, as an electronic message device the following must be added to the drawings:
⦁ As per the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code the Electronic Message Center as shown on this page automatically dims to 200 NITS or less from sunset to sunrise.
⦁ The EMC can not interfere with FCC communications.
⦁ We need the manufacture of the EMC to write a letter to The City of Tucson that says the following...
1. Name of the manufacturer.
2. The EMC model number/name
3. [EMC Model #] is fully capable of lowering to 200 nits at night.
4. [EMC Model #] is FCC compliant.
