| 05/15/2025 | Signs Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Sign B Review Comments: 1) Add total amperage the sign as a whole will be pulling. 2) Letter from manufacturer must be site specific and 3) We need a site specific letter from the manufacture of the EMC to The City of Tucson that says the following... #1. Name of the manufacturer. #2. The EMC model number/name #3. [EMC model #] is fully capable of lowering to 200 nits at night. #4. [EMC model #] is FCC compliant. This letter is for a different address and project. Location Map 1) Because this is not a change of copy, this is considered a new freestanding sign and requires a COT approved site plan, not a location map. 2) SVTs (site visibility triangles) = 20’ x 345’ always. 3) Add setback from sign to face of curb. |
