Licensed in the state of Arizona by the Registrar of Contractors with a CR-38 license number. A Business License number with the City of Tucson. You can obtain a City of Tucson Business License by contacting the licensing department at license@tucsonaz.gov or 520-791-4566. Once these have been completed, you can find the application here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/applicationsforms/sign-permit-application_032825.pdf I am attaching an example drawing for how sign permits should be submitted. The entire submittal should include 3 items. The first page should be the sign application, completely filled out. Then should be the sign drawings and last should be your location map or site plan.
