Thrall (Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov) Date: 4/18/24 1 - Unified Development Code (UDC 7A.11.3) A) add building dimensions (frontages) to each (building plan has 55 x 30.75 with awnings included) B) sign area allowance is 1.25 x each building wall, not to exceed 250 square feet in scenic district, and sign area will be in compliance with above notes C) add general note: detached signs to be 1' from face of drive thru curb, 2' from driveway curb, 18" from any parking space and 5' from any fire hydrant 2 - NEC / OLC: A) on menu board, add note for shut off location 3) IBC: A) provide clarification on which menu style - that in the package or that in the approved building permit?
