Add a note that dedicated sign circuits shall be labeled at the circuit breaker C. Timer shall be labeled at the site - or specify if a corporate timer is used in a remote manner and verify in a letter the midnight curfew D. provide a note that lock out switches will be provided for any shut offs not directly location in view of the sign (just in case something changes) E.
