Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed by Tami Goltz. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Additional comments may be provided in subsequent reviews. Code reference: Unified Development Code, Article 7A: Sign Standards, adopted Outdoor Lighting Code, adopted Building Code. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Site plan has the Sight Visibility triangles incorrectly oriented and placed for the entrance/exit by sign H and is missing the SVTs for the entrance/exit for sign G. Please refer to section 10-01.5.0 of the Uniform Development Code and follow the guidelines setforth in that section when displaying the SVTs. Please refer to the Technical Standards Manual, section 10-01.5.0 for showing SVTs on curved roadways for proper alignment/orientation. Signs cannot be located within the SVT. 2. All dimensions must be in feet.decimal format, not feet and/or inches. 3. Please specify which hardware will be used in the hardware mounting chart. |
