Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received.

1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. 2. Provide an electrical plan showing any/all electrical work.
Plans shall include, but may not be limited to items below:
3. Provide a line diagram showing the connection from the main service entrance to the appropriate service entrance and sub-panels, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. Note any new or modified electrical or branch-circuits.
4. Provide new and updated panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
5. Designate the circuit number, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each new or modified light fixture, receptacle, appliance, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4.

6. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel and Sub-panels, Per NEC 220.40.

(I have emailed applicant a template to use on next submittal)

1. Provide property lines on site plan. It appears as if the proposed location of the freeway sign is near a property line.

2. Provide height from freeway grade to top of sign.

3. All dimensions must be in feet-decimal form.

4. Provide a scale on each page.

5. Include electrical details and Outdoor Lighting Code information.

6. Label the signs as "A" and "B" to match the application sheet.

7.Regarding wall sign, provide information regarding wall materials and specific anchor information.

8. Remove red lettering disclaimer on all pages.

9. Correct application form to say "freeway" instead of "pole".
