They are required to be submitted as monument signs. They need footings, setbacks, a site plan, etc. 2. This housing development is located in PAD 15. No business located in PSD 15 is allowed its own individual freestanding signs. Instead PAD 15 utilizes large multi-tenant freeway signs. We are submitting this before our supervisors to get their opinion. |
