Starbucks - engineered order station ACTIVITY NO. TS-PRM-0324-00131 ADDRESS/PARCEL: (6291 E SPEEDWAY BL TUCSON, AZ 85712) Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. COMMENTS: 1. Submit Structural drawings and calculations for all Menu Boards and the Clearance Bar (please do make sure to provide connection drawing detail at the intersection of the top horizontal bar and the steel tube post for the clearance bar). 2. The drawing show a note, "See Engineering". However, Structural Engineer drawings and calculations were not submitted. 3. You indicated using 2012 International Building Code (this is no longer used). The current IBC code the City of Tucson using is 2018. ) NOTE, in 2025 the City will be adopting the 2024 IBC. 4. Please resubmit.
