UDC 7A - A) Revised sign area is within allowance. Please update permit application dimensions listed for signs C1.,2 and 3 to the revised plan set dimensions – 106.8 per wall sign, leave interior site sign on application (small illuminated projecting style sign near entry) B. Please update dimensional note for frontage along East elevation / Landing Way is 69’ (you forgot to include the shade awnings on both north and south sides of the building in frontage) C) Please add note actual visible street frontage on south elevation along the curve of Landing Way is 38’ long 2) NEC / OLC: these notes were not added to the plan, per prior review comments: A) please add note that all signs shall have a timer set to a shut off of midnight B) please add note that a dedicated sign circuit shall be provided and labeled at circuit breaker C) please add note that all UL, manufacturer and installler stickers shall be on the sign cabinet D) please add note that safety lock outs shall be provided for all disconnects not immediate visible to the sign (i.e. behind the interior of the wall) 3. IBC: A) add range of diameters / lengths to the list of potential fasteners 4.
