UDC 7A - A) please provide a sign permit application in the resubmitted package. Here's the link to ensure you have the correct document: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/integrated-planning/pdsd/Sign_permit_application_2022.pdf B) on the site plan, please show the dimensioned frontage for the east wall and the south elevation that is facing Landing way. Please provide an enlarged plan - zoom in. Looks like the store has the east elevation and half of the south building elevation for frontage. Ratio of sign area is 3 sqft of sign area per linear foot of the building elevations along the roadway. C) please show all dimensions for the signage in decimal feet, thank you D) please leave the interior site signs in the sign package, staff will note - the electrical and mounting is included in the scope, though the signs do not count toward allowed sign area 2) NEC / OLC: A) please add note that all signs shall have a timer set to a shut off of midnight B) please add note that a dedicated sign circuit shall be provided and labeled at circuit breaker C) please add note that all UL, manufacturer and installler stickers shall be on the sign cabinet D) please add note that safety lock outs shall be provided for all disconnects not immediate visible to the sign (i.e. behind the interior of the wall) E) for the little blade type sign, please list the volts, amps, and circuits 3. IBC: A) thank you for the comprehensive options list for fasteners depending on sign and wall system, wonderful! Can you please just add range of diameters / lengths to these? 4. General - Please do include the written permission of Bourn Companies for the signage within the package, for PAD-29 criteria. On resubmittal - please include the written landlord permission, the sign permit application, enlarged and dimensioned sign location plan and the updated sign diagrams for the full sign package.
