1. The application indicates a total of four (4) signs; however, only three (3) signs are included in the submittal package (Sign A, Sign A, and the tenant sign). Please revise the application and plan set to ensure consistency.

2. Two sheets depict the north elevation on different sides of the building. Please revise the plans to clearly identify and correctly label the north elevation.

3. There must be a building permit or Certificate of Occupancy associated with the new land use of Medical Outpatient Services.
