1) New freestanding signs require sealed engineering. Please resubmit with sealed engineering.
2) New freestanding signs require the use of the last approved site plan instead of a google map. Site plan needs to show the address of the property and have a North arrow. Site plan must show the distance from the leading edge of the sign to the front of the adjacent right of way curb. Please keep in mind that pole signs are required to have a 30’ setback per Section 7A.10.2.C.2.iii.
3) Each site is permitted one freestanding sign. Per Section 7A.10.2.C.2, a site must have an additional 150’ of street frontage in excess of the first 300’ for additional freestanding signs. This parcel already has a freestanding sign at 3777 E. Broadway. Provide scaled site plan that shows the parcel meets the requirements for an additional freestanding sign.
