Tami.Goltz@tucsonaz.gov or 520-837-5049. 1) New freestanding signs or reuse of an existing foundation for a new sign requires sealed engineering. 2) New freestanding signs require the last approved site plan. Site plan needs to show the setback from the leading edge of the sign to the front of curb. Site plan also needs to show sight visibility triangle for both the near and far side. Please review Section 10-01.5.0 of the UDC and adhere to the requirements found there. 3) Provide the number of AMPs the sign will pull when illuminated. |
