Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed by Tami Goltz. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Additional comments may be provided in subsequent reviews. Code reference: Unified Development Code, Article 7A: Sign Standards, adopted Outdoor Lighting Code, adopted Building Code. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Tami.Goltz@tucsonaz.gov or 520-837-5049. The following comments from the previous review were not addressed adequately on the most recent submittal. Please address these comments: 1) Sight Visibility Triangles are not oriented properly. An email will be sent with an example. Please revise SVTs to meet the requirements of Section 10-01.5.0 of the Uniform Development Code. Setbackfrom the leading edge of the sign to the face of curb needs to be noted on the site plan. Please note that new freestanding signs require the use of the last approved site plan on file, not a google map image. 2) Provide the number of AMPs the sign will pull when illuminated. |
