This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Additional comments may be provided in subsequent reviews. Code reference: Unified Development Code, Article 7A: Sign Standards, adopted Outdoor Lighting Code, adopted Building Code. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Tami.Goltz@tucsonaz.gov or 520-837-5049. 1) This site is allowed an aggregate amount of 3 sq ft per lf of building frontage. This site has 63’ of building frontage. 3 x 63 = 189 sq ft of allowed sign area of all signs. The wall signs permitted under TS-PRM-1025-00439 total 177.32 sq ft, leaving 11.68 sq ft remaining to be used. The proposed sign is 45 sq ft, which is over the remaining 11.68 sq ft. Please reduce the amount of signage proposed to fall within the total allowed sign area. 2) The sign drawings must show the location of the electrical disconnect switch. 3) All dimensions must be in foot.decimal format, not feet and inches. |
