1) Setback on site plans needs to show the dimension from the face of curb to the leading edge of the sign. The line provided appears to go to the middle of the sign on the site plan.
2) Per Sign Code section 7A.10.2.C.2.a.3.iv,b.iv, pole signs are only allowed if a minimum of 225’ of street frontage or 125’ of street frontage and site contains four or more business addresses. Revise sign type to a monument or low profile sign. Monument signs are allowed at a maximum of 10’ in height. The proposed sign is 12’ in overall height. Sign heigth must be reduced to meet the requirements of Section 7A.10.32.C.2.a.1.i.c.
3) Site plan is required to show sight visibility triangles per requirements from section 10-01.5.1 of the Uniform Development Code. Sight Visibility triangles are incorrectly oriented. An email will be sent with an example.
4) Provide an accounting of existing signage, including total square footage amount so that total allowed square footage for all signs can be calculated.
