General: building is historic contributor in downtown, requires historic minor review process. Please resubmit the entire sign package - with updated information - and historic application to the portal under permit TS-PRM-0223-00187. 2. General: Sign requires a temporary revocable easement to be aerially within the right of way. Once historic minor review sees the proposal, TRE application may proceed. 3. As the sign is going to go through historic review process, to prepare, please add the following notes for the historic preservation process of the building: A) penetrations shall only be through mortar B) add the size of the brick (i.e. is it 4 inches or 5 inches tall ?) 4: IBC: A) check mortar thickness on building, add diameter of the bolt to the plan B) specify shop welds only C) please label the brick wall on the elevation diagram Please resubmit the plans to the portal with the minor historic review application.
