UDC: A) sign requires a temporary revocable easement to be within the right of way. May be possible to use existing dining TRE. Contact Ryan.Tripp@tucsonaz.gov for assistance and resubmit with their written authority to proceed. 2. NEC / OLC: A) sign shut off shall be midnight, add note to plan B) sign shall have UL, manufacturer and installer sticker on it, add note to plan C) dedicated sign circuit shall be labeled at breaker panel, add note to plan D) clarify on diagram where shut off switch and power supply is located, provide lock out if on inside of wall 3. IBC: A) add note on the weight of the sign to evaluate anchors. B) add note on how the arm of the sign connect to the cabinet - or is it on piece? Email me if you have any questions.
