1) This site is in a C-3 zone and is allowed 3 sq ft per lf of tenant frontage. This space has 21.5lf of tenant frontage, which would allow for 64.5 sq ft of sign area. The proposed sign is 77.9 sq ft, which is greater than what is allowed. Please revise sign to meet the standards of seciton 7A.10.3 of the Sign Code for allowed sign area and resubmit.
