The proposed signs total 101.3 sq ft, which is 41.3 sq ft more than what is permitted. Reduce the size of signs to meet code allowances. You have 2 different frontages listed, 20’ on the application and 21’ on the drawings. Please revise to have matching information. 2) Your City of Tucson business license is not currently active. Please reach out to the Business License Department to correct this. 3) Projecting signs are only allowed in Pedestrian Districts. This site is not in a Pedestrian District and is not permitted to have a projecting sign. Remove the projecting signs from the sign package. 4) Add the following exact copy note to sign detail pages: ⦁ All dedicated sign circuits shall be labeled. |
