OLC 501.5.2”. 2. Add the following notes to each Illuminated Sigh sheet: “24 hour programmable timer installed to comply with the COT Outdoor Lighting Code. The means of controlling the specific “off” curfew shall be by a 24 hour timing device that includes stand-by power to maintain the time and program for a minimum of 6 hours. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Additional comments may be provided in subsequent reviews. Code reference: Unified Development Code, Article 7A: Sign Standards, adopted Outdoor Lighting Code, adopted Building Code. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Letter from manufacturer must include the unit identifier name/number and include verbiage that states the sign will not interfere with FCC communications. 2. Site plan must show outline of tenant space within building. 3. Sign drawings must include the following exact copy language: ⦁ All signs and power supply components are UL listed. ⦁ All signs shall have UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker, located on the exterior of the sign for inspections. ⦁ All dedicated sign circuits shall be labeled. ⦁ A safety lock out shall be provided for all signs where the shut off switch is not directly visible to the sign ⦁ 24 hour programmable timer installed to comply with the COT Outdoor Lighting Code ⦁ As per the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code the internally illuminated sign as shown on this page does not exceed the 4400k color temp. ⦁ No animation or scrolling allowed. ⦁ Image must stay on screen for at least one (1) minute before changing ⦁ As per the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code the Electronic Message Center as shown on this page automatically dims to 200 NITS or less from sunset to sunrise. 4.
