The proposal indicates "face change". However, the scope of work listed out on the elevation diagram states removal of the existing EMC and static sign cabinet at the site, retaining footer support system for a new cabinet. A new sign cabinet is a full review for electrical, outdoor lighting code, structural, height and setback criteria. 2. Provide site plan with setback from curb to leading edge of the sign cabinet (min is 20 feet AND also to be set on the site, behind lot line). Ensure lot line called out and site visibility triangles, and easements and driveway proximity. Provide complete electrical data for the new sign cabinet (i.e. LED, volts, amps, circuits, shut off switch location, standard notes) 4. Provide outdoor lighting code compliance notations - sign cannot exceed 4400K color temperature. A timing device must be on site at the inspection. If the business is accessible 24/7, the timer must still be provided - otherwise it is to shut off at midnight or business closure (later time ok). 5. Provide standard structural notations - footer size, pipe size, attachments to the cabinet (top / bottom and size of screws). Provide attachment information the the metal skirting to the cabinet and pole. Resubmit on the portal with all diagrams required to proceed.
