The drawings submitted do not accurately depict the site, as they depict the Wilmot frontage. Do a detailed title search of parcel involved - the Mister Carwash site - to confirm ability to have the storage site's sign at that location, and that it is not a prohibited off-site sign, that the easement legally runs along the access all the way from 6335 to that parcel on Tanque Verde. Ability for power supply to that location also should be confirmed.
