UDC: This development is subject to scenic district criteria, as Houghton is a scenic route. A) fill out sign permit application: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/integrated-planning/pdsd/Sign_permit_application_2022.pdf and upload to the portal with the updated construction documents. B) I acknowledge you're a CR-5 contractor. Please provide your city of Tucson business license number on the permit application, at the bottom. If you need one, call 520-791-4566 for assistance. C) maximum sign area is 20 square feet. Box each word, dimension in decimal feet, and add cumulative area up. Cut off the bottom of the normal sized letter "g" in your boxing of the word "Houghton". D) UDC 7A.11.3. location: sign setback for an approx 6' tall sign is 3.5' from scenic buffer / property line along Houghton. Note on the site plan. The property line should be marked in the field for inspections of this setback. E) Also note what the setback is from the Houghton street curb to the property line and to the sign structure F) A minimum of 20' setback needs to be provided from both streets. G) It may help you to use the plat, to scale, showing property lines, Sight Visibility Triangles, etc. to process this review. The sign must be out of sight visibility triangles. 2.
