UDC A) Provide written permission from Rob East at Bourn Companies for the signage proposal. He can be contacted at REast@BournCompanies.com This location is within the PAD-29 "The Landing" Development, which has specific signage criteria that Mr. East will review. B) By sign standards, the sign area allowance is 3 square feet of sign area per linear foot of street frontage. The parcel is within the shopping center, without direct street frontage. How sign area is calculated will be used by the south and southeast elevations, at 67.5 linear feet - allowing 202.5 maximum sign area. The proposal is within that. However, please provide all dimensions for the construction plans package in decimal feet format. Thank you. C) on the location map page - which is the building plan sheet included, please dimension the length of that south wall and that southeast wall for frontage. I see it on the elevation plans, thank you. Provide in both placed. D) please amend the permit application to have frontage at 67.5 linear feet. 2. NEC / OLC: A) Add note to plan that a timer shall be provided adjacent to the breaker panel B) Add note to plan all signs shall shut off at midnight curfew via timer C) Add note to plan UL, manufacturer and installer stickers will be on the signs D) Add note to plan lock outs provided (shut offs are not directly visible to signs) E) Add a note to plan that internally illuminated signs may not exceed 4400k color temperature F) call out the amps each sign is drawing G) call out the number of circuits to be provided 3) IBC: A) call out the specific mounting used for the letters to the raceway backer - the size, the type and the number of the screws used Please reach out to me by email if you have any questions - Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov Please email me when this is resubmitted so I may pull the file faster and conduct the review of the resubmittal.
