Monument sign meets all construction codes, thank you. 3. UDC: This is a scenic route, stand alone premise. I acknowledge that the location qualifies for a freestanding sign and that sign area and height are fine here - it is the LOCATION only that needs to be examined. A) The monument sign, at 7' tall, can be 4.5' from property line, per UDC 7A.11.3.E.2. B) label the property line, C) label the scenic boundary that goes 30' deep into the site from the property line D) label the setback from the property line to the sign E) note that for every foot that the sign is reduced in height, it can get 1 foot closer to that property line - because your diagram shows that the sign also meets monument sign standards F) check that the sign is also 18 inches from the parking space behind it.
