Thrall (Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov) Understood the request for sign area increase for scenic district ratio and for freestanding sign criteria are forthcoming. To properly process the review, please show all signs on each building elevation. The building height is 30' here per zoning / scenic criteria. As the building height was revised in this presentation, two wall signs are missing off the Houghton Road elevation for the carwash. Consult with the design team for the architecture and development package and update the building elevations as appropriate with the signs shown on each. To properly review the potential freestanding sign aspects, please provide a detailed plan that shows the location of the freestanding sign setbacks from both street curbs, from the Houghton Road property line. Bisect the corner of Meadow Willot Trail and Houghton and show the sign on the Houghton side, or additional review comments would be forthcoming pertaining to sign location.
