Site Plan: 1. Plans should show topped poles along with replacement poles. In front of 3145-3147 Lee St, there is a topped pole. Please confirm that nothing is being added to this pole and show the topped pole in the drawing. 2. There is a planned resurfacing project on Lee St. in the first quarter of 2024. Please Coordinate with Nick Germanos with Department of Transportation and Mobility to avoid cutting new pavement, if possible. Nick.Germanos@tucsonaz.gov. Email me when you resubmit this permit and will expedite the review to get your work done before the resurfacing. Traffic Control Plan: 3. There is no bike lane on N Country Club Rd at this location. Please remove the BIKE LANE CLOSED AHEAD and BIKE LANE ENDS signs. 4. It looks like the sidewalks along N Country Club Rd will be affected. Please provide a sidewalk plan that shows how pedestrians will be routed around the work area on N Country Club Rd. For an example of a sidewalk plan, see MUTCD Figure 6H-28. Email me with questions or for more examples. 5. Show all bus stops. If planning to temporarily move the bus stop, coordinate with SunTran’s Tony Tuccino, antonio.tucciono@tucsonaz.gov. Confirm that this has taken plan in the next submittal. 6. Please add warning signs on E Pima St for drivers that will turn south onto Country Club. |
