Attach the Notice of Violation, photos of the sidewalk, and a Google aerial view showing the street name, house number, and neighboring properties, clearly marking the repair location.
Add a registered contractor to the permit contacts, as well as the barricade company. If the contractor is using their own barricades, list them as both the contractor and barricade company
