Why is this work not part of the whole permit or indicated on the PSOMAS prepared plans for Houghton Road relocations, those plans indicate new risers to connect to exist poles? Have concerns about affecting access locations to parcel, has parcel owner been notified in process? All work shall be coordinated with COT DTM Landscape Architect David Marhefka, will also forward submittal for his review.
